This guide will walk you through the steps to setup Shopify as a new channel with Remarkable Teams as well as reconnection.
Installation
Please open your Remarkable Teams dashboard. From here, please visit click on the company name and select channels.
Click Connect Channels and select Shopify. You will be navigated to the app listing.
Click install and accept permissions. You will be redirected to your dashboard.
Reconnecting channels
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Click the 3 dots near 24/7 support and click uninstall.
Navigate to the app listing here and click install.
