To help you better understand the impact of your marketing efforts, the Retain AI dashboard features advanced, AI-driven insights. These strategies help you decode why certain customers converted and which product patterns are driving revenue.


How to Access the Insights

You can find these insights directly within your campaign reporting.

  1. Log in to your Retain AI dashboard and click on the Retain tab

  2. Click on the specific Campaign you wish to analyze.

  3. Look for the new "View Summary Report" link located within the campaign overview and scroll down to Customer Selection Strategy section.


What These Insights Reveal

The report focuses on two core pillars of campaign success:

  1. Customer Selection Strategy: This answers the question: “What were the main characteristics of the customers who converted?” By identifying behavioral traits, you can better understand your high-value audience.

  2. Product Recommendation Strategy: This answers the question: “For the products customers purchased, what were the common patterns?” This helps you see which product pairings or categories are resonating most with your audience.

These insights are designed to be a collaborative tool between you and the Retain AI platform:

  • Campaign Optimization: Your Remarkable team continually reviews these insights to refine and improve your future campaigns.

  • Broader Marketing Strategy: You can apply these learnings to your social media targeting, email subject lines, or inventory planning.

  • The "Human in the Loop" Principle: These insights are generated by AI. Because the AI doesn't have the full context of your specific business goals or long-term brand strategy, we recommend using these as directional guidance. Always validate these ideas with your team’s expertise before implementing major strategic shifts.


Frequently Asked Questions

How are these insights generated?

Our AI performs a comparative cohort analysis. We select a cohort of up to 50 converted customers and compare them against a cohort of the same size consisting of non-converted customers. By analyzing the "Customer Context" of both groups side-by-side, the AI identifies the unique markers that lead to a successful purchase.

Why does it sometimes ay “Customer selection strategy not available”?

Insights do not appear immediately. To ensure the AI has enough data to provide accurate patterns, results are generated 45 days after the first message is sent in a campaign. This window allows for a full conversion cycle to be recorded.
